At Callan Family Office, Hailey LaFrenier serves as a Platform Operations Associate on the Tax Overlay Management team, supporting the day-to-day operations of the firm’s proprietary technology platform. Hailey assists with client billing, data management and quality control, helping ensure operational accuracy, process efficiency and a seamless client experience.

Prior to joining Callan Family Office, Hailey was an ETF sales consultant at Allianz, where she developed a strong foundation in exchange-traded funds, securities products and the regulatory landscape of the investment industry. She brings this knowledge and experience to her role, supporting the firm’s technology-driven approach to investment operations and client service.

Hailey earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a concentration in financial management from the University of St. Thomas’ Opus College of Business.
