Power Platform Lead

At Callan Family Office, Courtney is responsible for owning, developing, and executing the technical roadmap for the organization’s CRM, Dynamics 365, as well as the other Microsoft Power Platform products. With over 8 years of experience, she collaborates closely with the Callan Family Office team and external managed service providers to ensure its software provides improved collaboration, productivity, and data management firmwide.

In addition to her work on the Technology and Innovation Team, Courtney serves on Callan Family Office’s Marketing Committee. She works closely with our marketing partners to ensure marketing campaigns are executed seamlessly through the CRM.

Prior to Callan Family Office, Courtney was a Dynamics CRM Admin and Tech Lead at Georgia-Pacific, a manufacturing company based in Atlanta, Georgia. Courtney began her career at Georgia-Pacific through a co-op program during her senior year of college. After graduation, Courtney was hired as a Business Analyst on the Customer Experience team where she began her Microsoft Power Platform journey.

Courtney is a graduate of Kennesaw State University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology.
