With more than 15 years of experience advising entrepreneurs as they prepare for future transitions, Lisa Clifford co-leads Callan Family Office’s business advisory practice, which provides M&A advisory services, along with education and tax strategies focused on maximizing the after-tax value for business owners and their families.

At Callan Family Office, Lisa works with owners to align their personal goals with their objectives for their business, sharing strategies to reduce income and estate taxes. She also works closely with the broader Callan Family Office team to ensure continuity as business owners seek to transition to post-sale planning and investing for their futures and legacies.

Before joining Callan Family Office, Lisa spent 15 years at Key Private Bank, most recently as Senior Vice President, Family Wealth Strategist where she was responsible for building relationships with successful families and delivering family office services.

Lisa earned her Bachelor of Science degree in management from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, N.Y. She holds the Certified Private Wealth Advisor® designation (CPWA®) and is a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA®). Lisa is a board member and past president of Wildwood Foundation.
