Data Engineer Lead

At Callan Family Office, Dalton Pearman collaborates with our team to develop bespoke technology solutions that allow for seamless and effortless portfolio management. Given his previous experience in private capital markets, Dalton brings extensive knowledge to data warehousing needs and advancing engineering techniques.

Prior to Callan Family Office, Dalton was Vice President at Churchill Real Estate, a private credit firm focused on structured real estate debt.  In this role, Dalton led the analytics team, oversaw external reporting for international investors, and spearheaded innovation projects.

Dalton is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, with a master’s degree in mathematical finance and a bachelor’s degree in finance.
