Power Platform Lead

At Callan Family Office, Courtney serves as the power platform lead. In this role, she is charged with owning, developing, and executing the technical roadmap for the organization’s CRM Dynamics 365, as well as the other Microsoft Power Platform products. She works closely with the Callan Family Office team and external managed-service providers to ensure its software provides improved collaboration, productivity, and data management firmwide. 

 Prior to joining Callan Family Office, Courtney was a Dynamics CRM Admin for Georgia-Pacific, a manufacturing company based in Atlanta, G.A., where, as tech lead for the customer experience IT team, she was responsible for managing her team’s work capacity, along with maintaining its various business relationships. In addition to serving as tech lead, Courtney was responsible for providing production support and creating PowerBI reports related to the various business-specific Dynamics 365 environments.  

 Courtney is a graduate of Kennesaw State University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in information technology.
