Managing Director, Financial Administration

With more than 25 years of experience working with family offices, Cindy Chase leads a team responsible for financial administration services, including preparing financial statements and managing cash flow and budgeting on behalf of Callan Family Office’s ultra-high-net-worth clientele.

In addition to working closely with clients, Cindy supports the firm’s business development efforts. She regularly meets with potential clients to highlight how she collaborates with relationship managers to understand their full financial picture and manage their various pools of assets in the most tax-advantageous way.

Prior to Callan Family Office, Cindy was director of financial administration at Abbott Downing, Wells Fargo’s ultra-high-net-worth business. During her 13-year tenure, she built the firm’s financial administration department from the ground up.

Cindy began her career in public accounting working with family offices, supporting a wide variety of clients, ranging from families with $100 million in assets to large billionaire clients.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration, with a concentration in accounting from California State University at Fullerton. Cindy also holds a Master of Science degree in taxation from Golden Gate University.
