At Callan Family Office, Mark Frazier collaborates with clients and their advisors to meet the unique needs of complex, multi-generational wealth, and foundations. With nearly 20 years of industry experience, Mark brings significant knowledge working with clients to provide strategic, long-term investment advice. Mark customizes portfolios, tailoring investment programs to meet the personalized goals and objectives of each client.
Prior to Callan Family Office, Mark served as managing director and senior portfolio manager for Abbot Downing, Wells Fargo’s ultra-high-net-worth business. In this role, Mark coordinated with clients throughout the investment management process. His specialization includes investment policy development, asset allocation, and manager selection choices, as well as portfolio construction and risk management. Mark also has extensive experience with ESG/SRI investment mandates for clients who choose to incorporate values into their portfolios.
Previously, Mark was senior portfolio manager for First Citizens Bank, working with individuals and institutional clients within the firm’s wealth management unit. He began his investment career as portfolio manager and analyst at Hirtle Callahan, an outsourced CIO firm.
Mark is a graduate of North Carolina State University, where he earned his MBA, with a concentration in financial management. He is also a graduate of East Carolina University, where he completed a BSBA degree in financial services and earned magna cum laude honors.
